All customers and users ("Users") of SunStar Media's services and/or online facilities must comply with these Policies at all times. Failure to comply with these Policies may result in suspension or termination of services or other actions by SunStar Media.
Online Conduct:
A User will not, nor will a User permit any other persons using SunStar Media's services or online facilities (including but not limited to SunStar Media's server-hosting services, co-location services, SunStar Media's network), to do any of the following:
- Engage in "Spamming" (the sending of unsolicited commercial e-mail messages).
- Use SunStar Media's network services or facilities for any illegal purposes.
- Misappropriate or infringe the intellectual property rights of others (including, but not limited to, the unauthorized posting of copyrighted material, using trademarks of others without appropriate permission or attribution, or disclosing trade secret information of others in violation of confidentiality obligations).
- Invade or otherwise violate the privacy rights of others (including, but not limited to, collecting and distributing information about Internet users without their consent, except as permitted by law).
- Transmit, post or host pornographic or x-rated content of any kind (including, but not limited to, image files, audio/video files, text files, or weblinks to said content).
- Transmit, post or host defamatory, harassing, threatening, libelous, or abusive materials (including, but not limited to, anti-American, anti-Semetic or anti-Christian content).
- Omit, delete, forge or misrepresent transmission information, including headers, return addressing information and IP addresses or take any other actions intended to cloak User's or its users' identity or contact information.
- Assist or permit any persons in engaging in any of the activities described above.
Any User who becomes aware of any such activities shall use best efforts to stop such activities, including, if necessary, terminating the violator's access to User's online services or facilities.
Modifications of Rules and Regulations:
SunStar Media reserves the right to change these Policies at any time. User is responsible for regularly reviewing these Policies. Continued use of SunStar Media's services and online facilities following any such changes shall constitute the User's acceptance of such changes.

What is "Spamming"?
You are probably all too familiar with receiving unsolicited "junk" emails. Most occupy space in your mailbox or ask you to forward chain letters around the world or visit a particular Web site. Others solicit unwanted products or services or offer "prizes" in exchange for your personal information.
Such unsolicited commercial email is commonly referred to as "Spam." Unfortunately, Spam is not only annoying to the recipient of such unsolicited e-mails-it affects ALL Internet users by overburdening the network and servers over which such junk e-mail is delivered, slowing down the transmission of data and making it more difficult for SunStar Media to provide the high-level of service and Internet performance that our customers deserve and expect.
SunStar Media prohibits Spamming by its customers. SunStar Media will respond quickly to reports of violations, and reserve the right to suspend, revoke or otherwise terminate the network services of any customer willfully disregarding this policy.
